On behalf of all my guests, may I thank you, the crew, caterers, florist and everyone else at TLC who worked so hard to give us a truly wonderful afternoon on board MV Edwardian. We all enjoyed every minute and only wished it didn’t have to end.
Everyone commented on the wonderful food and helpful staff who, despite the heat, did everything possible to make us comfortable. The flowers were beautiful and the cruise gave everyone a thoroughly memorable experience, particularly our Australian guests who were in London for the first time. I don’t know how you managed to arrange such incredible sunshine as well, but I can only presume that this is part of the magic of TLC’s event planning.
My sincere thanks and very best wishes. I do hope that we will have a chance to come back in the future.

The pre-event communication was very informative and all responses to questions etc. were sent in a timely manner. The onsite team on the day/night were brilliant and stepped in immediately when we needed extra chairs and tables putting out. We were very well looked after on the night.

The personalised website was a really nice touch and helped our guests to visualise and look forward to the event. Booking was made easy by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who were always ready to answer any queries we had in the organisation of the whole event.
The vessel worked really well for our party in facilities, presentation and cleanliness. Food was well presented and enjoyed by all and all dietary requirements were met without any problem. Entertainment was excellent and enjoyed by all. Service on board was efficient and at the same time discreet.
The overall experience was a great atmosphere in which we could relax and enjoy being with our friends and family in the knowledge and confidence that all was being attended to.

It was a lovely party and really exceeded our expectations – the view, the boat, the food, the music and decorations were all wonderful and the staff on board were very nice and accommodating. We had a really great time and would rate every category as excellent.

I organised a Thames river cruise with dinner as part of the social programme for an international research conference in central London. We were blessed with fine weather that evening, so my guests from all over the world had a fascinating view of the river and the city from the boat's top deck.
Even those of us who know London well enjoyed the different perspective on the city. The crew and caterers did a splendid job of looking after us and overall the whole cruise was a very enjoyable experience.

The food was excellent and beautifully served, and there was plenty to drink – please thank all the staff involved. I would especially like to give thanks to Simon who went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly, even pointing out the flat where a guest’s grandson lived so they could wave to them as they went by! An excellent day.
