How to undertake a remote virtual viewing of the TLC fleet
Whilst the current government advice regarding the coronavirus situation is ever-changing, we are continually reviewing how best we can serve you.
As explained in our company response to coronavirus (COVID-19), we operate to the highest standards of hygiene on board and actively work to limit access to our vessels to ensure as safe an environment as possible.
How this affects fleet viewings
In light of current concerns there are some simple, sensible guidelines that we are all being asked to follow. When arranging a fleet viewing we will assume that you have not recently returned from an at-risk country, have self-isolated if you have been advised to do so, and are fully confident you are showing none of the relevant symptoms. With these precautionary measures in mind, please excuse our Events Management Team for not offering their hand upon greeting you. They will nevertheless be very happy to see you!
For further information on coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms and what to do if you show any, please visit the NHS and Public Health England websites.
How to book a guided remote viewing
Should you prefer to undertake a remote virtual viewing, this is entirely possible thanks to our new 3D tours which were launched at the start of this year. These fully interactive experiences allow you to "walk" through the vessels from the comfort of your own home, which is extremely useful at this moment in time.
To replicate the experience of a personal tour and the additional information this offers, live guided virtual viewings can also be arranged with our Events Management Team. They will talk you through the vessels and their many features over the phone whilst screen sharing the same 3D tour. To arrange this please get in touch with our Events Management Team.
Please check back with our website regularly for all the latest information on our operating procedures in light of ongoing government advice. In the meantime, we hope all of our clients and their families remain safe and well during this challenging time. We very much look forward to welcoming you all to the River Thames soon.
