The TLC offices are temporarily closed, but we're still open for business

Please note that following recent developments and Government guidelines in regard to health, safety and personal well-being surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) our office will be temporarily closed as of 5:30pm, Thursday 19 March 2020.

However we remain very much open for business, with all our staff working from home. Thanks to the detailed contingency plans we had in place, we are able to operate effectively in this way.

This means that all phone calls and emails will still be answered as normal, whether it’s regarding an upcoming event or a general enquiry. If you have been dealing with a specific event coordinator, their direct phone number (found in their email signatures) also remains working as normal. Whatever you need assistance with, our team will be delighted to help you.

You can also submit event enquiries using the "Enquire" button form on our website, which will be dealt with as normal by our Events Management Team. So if you still wish to plan an upcoming celebration, wedding or anything else on the River Thames, our highly experienced team is on hand to help with every aspect even if you are understandably unable to commit to a date at this stage.
