Event Eligibility Period: This promotion applies to bookings made for events scheduled in January, February, and March 2025.
Discounts:
50% discount on boat hire for Edwardian, Elizabethan, and Dixie Queen on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
40% discount on boat hire for Edwardian, Elizabethan, and Dixie Queen on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Up to 25% discount on catering services, with discount levels varying by type of meal (e.g., canapés, bowl food, formal dinners, buffets, and food stations).
Exclusions: The promotion is applicable for 3-hour hires only and excludes pier charges.
Promotion Code: TLC2025Q1 must be used at the time of booking to qualify for the discounts.
2. Eligibility
Available for both private and corporate bookings.
This promotion is not valid for existing bookings confirmed before 11th November 2024.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total charges is required to secure the booking.
Full payment of the remaining balance must be made no later than one month prior to the event date.
Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled more than 42 days before the event date, 100% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If the cancellation occurs 42 days or less before the event, 100% of the deposit and the remaining balance of the estimated event charges will be due and retained.
5. Amendments
Changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 60 days before the event. Any increase in guest numbers may result in additional charges, and Thames Luxury Charters reserves the right to limit guest numbers based on the boat's capacity.
6. Event Conduct and Force Majeure
Thames Luxury Charters reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking if guests or third-party contractors fail to comply with company policies, or in the case of events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions).
7. Liability
Thames Luxury Charters' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the event and does not include indirect or consequential losses.
8. Agent Bookings
In cases where bookings are made through an agent under this promotion, it is the agent's responsibility to add their commission to the total event charges presented to the client. Thames Luxury Charters shall not be liable for paying any agent commissions or deducting these from the event charges.
