Thank you so much for all of your assistance and advice in making our boat party such a success. The food was fabulous, with the Indian selection proving to be the most popular! Katy and the team were wonderful, so efficient, friendly and courteous. The weather also did its bit allowing our guests to enjoy the views of the river from the top deck. The Edwardian was the best, the crew professional, the food delicious, the service great, the weather... what more could we ask for! From the welcome on boarding to the disembarkation, the staff and crew were cheerful, efficient and extremely attentive to everyone's needs. Excellent food and efficient bar and waiting staff enabled all to get the most out of the evening. This was our 15th year using Thames Luxury Charters and we'll be booking next year very soon.

High standards of facilities and cleanliness. Food was excellent and served really well. Prices at the bar were reasonable. There was flexibility around my requirements as opposed to imposing a set formula. Very friendly and helpful and an excellent DJ provided.

I had such a memorable time on the Edwardian. From the moment I first decided where I wanted to hold my 80th birthday luncheon, I had nothing but great help from the team who looked after me so well. Nothing was too much trouble for her. When on board, the crew and staff were all great - even when one of my guests was unwell, they managed to get a wheelchair for him to take him back to the coach. Our Operatives really enjoyed their Christmas breakfast on board the Edwardian. The food and service were great and we would highly recommend this venue. The Events Team were extremely helpful and we look forward to booking again this year.

One word: amazing! We hired the Edwardian for my mother’s 60th birthday; TLC were great with the booking process from start to finish, so helpful and friendly. The night itself exceeded all expectations: the staff and DJ were fantastic and the BBQ food was amazing. Everybody really enjoyed themselves!

The team delivered a fantastic event for us. Being based in East Yorkshire, we were only able to visit the location once before the event - but we were kept up to date with progress as the event approached. The food, drink and entertainment were outstanding. The team managed last minute guest changes brilliantly and were really supportive.

The staff were helpful, pleasant and completely trustworthy, refunding the cost of wine which we had purchased in advance but not used. The food was very good. The route of the cruise was ideal to show our foreign visitors the sights of London. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

First class service on the newly-refurbished Dixie Queen. The crew worked unhesitatingly right up to the last minute to address the layout, stage and tables to my specification. Food portions were generous, staff helpful and the cruise was smooth-running.
