Thames Luxury Charters – April & August 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Details
- Promotion applies to new events held between 1st – 30th April 2025 and 1st – 31st August 2025.
- Clients may select one of the following incentives:
- Complimentary arrival drink (beer or Bellini), one per guest, for up to 300 guests.
- Discount on boat hire:
- Edwardian – 50%
- Elizabethan – 40%
- Dixie Queen – 30%
- Complimentary entertainment package: choice of DJ, live singer, or photo booth.
- Offers are subject to availability and may not be combined.
- Promotion is not valid for ticketed events or for events exceeding 300 guests.
2. Eligibility
- Offer applies only to new bookings confirmed within the promotional period.
- Not valid for bookings confirmed prior to the promotion launch date.
- Available to both private and corporate clients.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% of the estimated event total is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than one calendar month before the event date.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
4. Cancellation Policy
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 42 days before the event, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
- If cancelled 42 days or fewer before the event, the full deposit and remaining balance will be due and retained.
5. Amendments
- Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 60 days prior to the event.
- Thames Luxury Charters reserves the right to cap guest numbers based on vessel capacity and safety guidelines.
6. Event Conduct and Force Majeure
- Thames Luxury Charters reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings if guests or suppliers fail to comply with company policies, or in the event of force majeure (e.g. adverse weather, government restrictions).
7. Liability
- Thames Luxury Charters' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the event. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Agent Bookings
- If an agent is managing a booking, it is the agent’s responsibility to include their commission in the total price quoted to the client.
- Thames Luxury Charters is not responsible for paying or deducting agent commissions from the agreed event charges.
